    Villeneuve-Loubet 2008 - 2012 Development of next generation MSP430 Mixed Signal Microcontrollers:
This responsibility spans from project planning through product design and verification to release of the device to market. In addition the initial ramp of the product until stable volume production is ensured and the product can be transferred to a Sustaining Group. This position includes the coordination of people in various functions like Test, Design, Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and Marketing ans also subcontractor Management.

    • Support project planning of product and test engineering tasks.
    • Determine device performance through characterization.
    • Qualification of product according industry standards.
    • Ensure correct logistics for prototype and volume production.
    • Drive new package developments.
    • Work with test engineers on yield improvement/test time reduction programs.
    • Successful release to market and support of volume ramp up.
    • HW development for ATE tests.
  • Texas Instruments France - RF Test and Product Engineer

    Villeneuve-Loubet 2005 - 2008 Test and Product Engineering for RF IC's (EDGE/GSM):

    · Development of Test Programs used in the factories for IC test after packaging: test programs are used in all phases of the product life, prototyping, characterization, qualification, ramp up and mass production.

    · Product characterization and assessment in collaboration with the Design and Failure analysis teams.

    · Yield, Test Time, Test throughput and Cost optimization in collaboration with fabrication sites.
  • Infineon Technologies (Munich, Germany) - Master Thesis

2004 - 2004 Design of a reconfigurable one-cycle multiplier in technology CMOS 0,11µm: documentation, micro-architecture development, transistor circuit design, Verilog description, bit and cycle true simulation of the Verilog model and writing of a technical note.
  • Philips Research (Eindhoven, Netherlands) - RF Designer (one year internship)

2002 - 2003 Optimised linearity and noise of a splitter amplifier (50MHz-880MHz) for silicon TV tuner in technology BiCMOS 0.5µm and 0.25µm: simulations, realization of an IC and measurements of circuit; Technology benchmarking and writing of a technical note.

Acquired teamwork: Autonomy whilst working; Efficiency; Good understanding of circuit design (BiCMOS technologies) and layout; Solid knowledge of IC design tools.
