- Registration and establishment of VINCI Concessions India Pvt. Ltd. (Sept 2011)
- Management of the Public Procurement Process in India (State and National Projects) including the preparation and elaboration of the documents for submission of prequalification (RFQ Phase), the participation in the negociation and the drafting of documents prior to the submission of bids (HoTs EPC, O&M, Interface and SHA) and the follow up of the project and its timeline and coordination with the Finance, Development and Technical Team.
- Selection and liaison with the external lawyers and counsels (drafting of the scope of work/engagement letters)
- Risk Analysis of the Concessions Agreements and any other contractual document
- Acquisition Projects: Risk identification and participation in the contractual analysis of Acquisitions Projects as well as participation in the drafting of various documents such as MoU, NDA, etc..

- Organization of BtoB meetings for French Companies in India as well as professional events (Professional Fairs – Delegation of 20+ companies in the same sector and organization of a dedicated seminar in coordination with the French Ministries).
