With more than 6 years experience as a Customer Service & Account Manager, IBM Digital Group in Dublin, Ireland, gave me the chance to be part of our state-of-the-art Digital Sales Center as a Business Developer for the French market. I graduated from IBM Global Sales School in October 2015 and after 1 year in this position, I have been nominated as the Team Leader for our Commerce LDR team.
My role is to support my European team in developing IBM Commerce business all over Europe.
I am specialized in IBM Commerce softwares (Payments, eCommerce, Customer Analytics, Marketing, B2B...) and help companies in their Digital Transformation.
