    Paris 2005 - 2010 Main Missions
    1. Define Strategy, develop, execute and manage comprehensive marketing plans encompassing integrated marketing initiatives designed to penetrate and grow targeted markets in China Industrial.
    2. Communicate with customers, management, internal departments and vendors to coordinate overall marketing effort in accordance with corporate business strategy and goals.
    3. Play integral role in new product development (Water Treatment Chemical, ELGA LabWater new products) and launch activities.
    4. Manage and direct forward-thinking marketing team (in total 12 persons including Business School Students).
    5. Prepare and control RMB 1 million Marketing Budget.

    Selected contributions:
    • Raise Brand recognition across China
    • Drive up target market product sales through designing and launching new marketing strategy
    • Increase new products revenue by implementing effective e-marketing campaign and organisation of customers’ seminars
    • Increase market share of all business lines (ELGA LabWater…) currently in a strong competitive market share position
