• Synopse - Consultant junior ITIL

  2008 - 2008 Stage de 6 mois (Mai à Octobre 2008) dans le cadre de mon mastère spécialisé.
  
  
  J'ai pu effectuer un audit de maturité sur une base aérienne et une mission de trois mois au CHU d'Amiens où j'ai pu aider à la création du catalogue de services et des OLAs.
  
  Pendant ce stage de 6 mois, j'ai écrit un mémoire sur "comment combiner ITIL et CMMI pour rendre une DSI plus efficace?" :
  
  Dans plusieurs forums sur Internet, on parle beaucoup de la complémentarité, des différences et des points communs entre ITIL et CMMI, un autre référentiel. J’ai voulu, grâce à cette thèse, développer mes connaissances sur ces deux guides de « meilleures pratiques ».
  
  De plus, Six Sigma est bien connu. C’est un puissant outil qui peut aider à l’implémentation/la mise en œuvre d’ITIL et de CMMI dans une DSI. Mon mémoire veut se pencher sur l’amélioration des processus avec ITIL, CMMI et proposer une réponse : Six Sigma.
  
  Après un temps d’adaptation et d’apprentissage d’ITIL, de CMMI et de Six Sigma, ce mémoire m’a permis d’élargir mes connaissances.

  J'ai pu participer à la gestion des compétences (benchmark de référentiels de compétences pour les métiers SI, réalisation d'un référentiel interne, conception d'un formulaire) pour un client luxembourgeois, préparer un module de gestion de tickets pour la Poste et faire un mini-audit par rapport à une norme documentaire pour Rexel.

• Thales Technology Centre Singapore (TTCS) - Ingénieur RF

  2007 - 2007 Internship from February 2007 to September 2007 (7 months)to be graduated as an ENSEA engineer.
  
  I carried out for seven months of training in the research service of Thales Technology Centre Singapore (TTCS). This one has been leading since many years some projects about wideband Power amplifier design. RF power amplifiers with higher power, broad bandwidth and better efficiency are some of the main considerations that are demanded in wireless communication and radar systems.
  
  Many Wideband power amplifiers have already been conceived but the company looks for trainee taking charge of the design of a wideband RF Power Amplifier with the new technology GaN.
  
  The main task assigned to me was to design this Power amplifier, which has to deliver few tens of watts output power from low VHF band to high UHF band from the beginning to the end. In order to attain this aim, the scope of works includes design principles used for RF/microwave power amplifier. The main aspects that must be taken into account in the design of PA are type of technology employed to realize the power transistor, the kind of matching networks used to achieve the required stability, power gain and bandwidth and the choice of the class operation mode according to the required working conditions.
  
  All these varied tasks enabled me to be involved in a useful and interesting project, to widen my knowledge. It was a very enriching experience.
