    2012 - 2013 Pre-event management:
    ➢ Reception of the brief, brainstorming, research and contact of service providers to make the recommendation, budget, retro planning and then presentation to the client
    ➢ Selection and negotiation with providers, budget revision, content creation in touch with creative teams (videos, invitations, brochures), creation of timeline, road books and several contents

    On-site event production:
    ➢ Manage all logistics, staff and staging on-site
    ➢ Ensure the flawless setting up of the event in link between the client and the different providers

    Post-event management:
    ➢ Budget revision regarding event’s changes
    ➢ Meeting with the client for the feedback
    ➢ Creation of content according to client demand (thank you letter, videos)
