  - Management of a process transfer at pilot scale to an international CMO, including documentation revision/approbation and training period on site.
  - Optimisation of Down Stream Process (DSP) steps with the aim to improve protein purity and recovery yields; work on Inclusion Bodies (IB) processing, chromatography and Ultrafiltration steps
  - Responsible of the FPLC system; creation of Unicorn method, maintenance, troubleshooting, technical contact with GEHC.
  - Purification of vaccines candidates for a screening campaign
  - Actively involved in the management of the quality system of the bioprocess team
  - Redaction of study and experiment reports (written in English)
  - Regular presentation to the team.

  2009 - 2011 Set up and optimisation of a vaccine formulation under lyophilised form. ;
  - Development and application of vaccine stability studies. ;
  - Optimisation and development of analytical characterisation assays. ;
  - Management of subcontractors for proteomics analysis (MALDI-TOF, LC-MS/MS).

  2008 - 2009 Final year internship at GENTICEL: Development of an analytical test to improve the proteomic characterisation of vaccines candidates.
  - Optimisation of a 2-Dimensional Gel Electrophoresis method (2D-PAGE)
  - Characterisation of the 2D vaccines profiles by Western-Blot (WB) and proteomic cartography (MALDI-TOF)
