  4) Setup of Global Petcare Best practice database “Playbook”
  o Old tool refurbishment with support of community of experts
  o From technical to organisational input, including structure for gap assessment

  o Definition of the European strategy & 5 year Roadmap
  o Management of European Community for idea generation & sharing
  o Review, steering, escalation with the Engineering Community
  o KPI tracking, reporting against the targets
  o Definition of the Operational Excellence
  o Budget definition, request, management -> Composite projects preparation & submission
  o Coaching to sites to help them fulfilling their objectives, organisation of Sustainability workshop
  o Interface with external partners and other segment (benchmarking)

  • Definition of the best design compromise between standard and specific solutions to fit the component into the new vehicles : Interface between component engineering department, vehicle project teams and suppliers
  • Organisation of specific integration tests (electronic compliance, mechanical fitting, performance..) on benches and on-vehicle test : type of tests, parts/vehicles required and configuration, organisation cost and time
