    PARIS 2018 - 2018 Auriga is an independent software publisher, and markets an ERP for the education world, covering all the business processes of a training institution (planning, marks, courses, contests, etc.). It also provides deployment services for it's solutions and their maintenance.

    My role in the company:
    - Define the vision, processes & methodology of the IT department for the next years.
    - Manage a team of 10 people, in various domains (web, windows, mobile, UX/UI) & various technologies (Delphi, Java, PostGreSQL, Cordova, Angular...).
    - Conduct the hiring process to grow the team & face new developments.
    - Assume the role of Project Manager on the 2 main projects of the company, together with the Product Owner.
  • SUPINFO - Responsable des Systèmes d’Information

    PARIS 2003 - 2017 SUPINFO is a private higher education institution founded in France in 1965, dedicated to information technology. In the span of 10 years, SUPINFO grew the entire operations from 2 sites (Paris and West Indies), to 36 campuses in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa. Our student population increased from 200 to over 7.000.

    My role in the company:
    - Recruit, motivate & manage a multicultural team of 7 people (network administrators, architects, developers, UX, support).
    - Assume the role of Project Manager on various projects (including internal ERP, network projects, partners integration...).
    - Design and develop from scratch the main ERP (Microsoft.NET, Web): students, staff & teachers access their own information on the ERP (planning, marks, enrolment process, courses, exams, accountancy, social security...). The school process is fully automated and allows a paperless school administration.
    - One year expatriation in Beijing – China: hire and supervise a local team, improving service quality and integrating local partners in our IT systems.
  • Leolia Technology - Co-fondateur & Architecte logiciel

    2002 - 2003 Leolia Technology is a Software Editor & Information Technology Consulting company, working with Microsoft .NET technology.

    - Design a Web based Content Management System product. This SME offering included a complete workflow management, customizable access control, localization, themes/blog engines, web-forms and an online product catalog. This solution was successfully sold to dozens of SME, including SUPINFO International University.
    - Work closely with Crédit Agricole to define, develop and deploy a real-time critical Asset Management application, collecting financial data (bonds, equities, derivatives…), controlling and cleaning up data through a proprietary rules engine, allowing asset managers to work with real-time reliable data.
    - Technology evangelist, promoting Microsoft .NET technology through talks and user demonstrations, with major accounts (L’Oréal, Axa, Peugeot, Pernod Ricard…).
    - Led the acquisition of Leolia Technology by SUPINFO International University in 2003.
  • CloudLink - Co-fondateur & Ingénieur Recherche et Développement

    2000 - 2002 Within the Gorilla Park European incubator, built a distributed cloud based middleware infrastructure for web services deployment, user authentication, payment and subscription management to other startups of the Gorilla Park ecosystem.

    - Auditing of existing startups from Gorilla Park portfolio (more than 20 startups, dispatched between the Netherlands, the UK and France).
    - Design and build an open solution, to federate common services from multiple startups.
  • Cogisoft - Ingénieur Recherche et Développement

    PARIS 1997 - 2000 Cogisoft is a Professional Training & Information Technology Consulting company, partner of Borland software editor (Delphi & C++ Builder).

    - Business analyst, consultant and software engineer for Bureau Francis Lefebvre law firm for their ERP complete overhaul.
    - Speaker at several Borland conferences.
    - Object Oriented Programming software engineer.
    - Training manual & book author.
    - Trainer (Object Oriented development & databases).
