    Achievements:
    • Net Revenue of 2.7M€ in 2016 and accounts profit exceeding EBIT targets
    • Increased gross profit on 3 projects through costs optimization, billing model changes and
    negotiation with customers/vendors
    • Highest satisfaction score in 2015/2018 obtained in China within T-Systems globally.
    • Definition/implementation of measures to streamline processes with other departments and optimize the cooperation
