  * Leader buyer of Tyco Electronics for all buyers of which products contain Tyco components. Achievements: negotiation and signature of a contract initiated 5 years ago with a in a context of lower volumes (-60%) which could achieve 7% of additional saving.

  2009 - 2011 * Animation of the Production Buyers to generate a budget of cost reduction on their 12 manufacturing plants (JIT).
  Achievements:
  * 3,2% of saving vs target of 3%
  * Increase of procurement rate in Low Cost Countries from 60% to 94% - target 90%.
  * PPM rate decreased from 10 to 3 thanks to a strong collaboration with Quality & Supply Chain teams.
  * Re-negotiation of a business already awarded 6 months ago which allowed to reduce by 50% the piece price through a system of reverse auction.

  2007 - 2009 • Set-up of the Service in the same spirit of expertise as PPC.
  • Set-up of job description & training plan for each team member.

  2007 - 2009 Suite à une réorganisation et à un besoin de spécialisation des études pour avoir une véritable expertise, le servive BE Développement Confort et Matelassures a été créé. Je suis en charge de la mise en place de ce service et de la création des postes associés afin d'atteindre au plus tôt l'objectif fixé: plus d'expertise dans ce métier car les contraintes clients sont de plus en plus importantes et ne laissent plus le droit à l'erreur.

  2004 - 2006 En lien avec le bureau d'études, l'usine de production , les fournisseurs et le client, j'étais en charge d'orienter le client dans ses choix design en fonction des contraintes techniques. De piloter le bureau d'études en fonction des données d'entrée. De checker les données de sortie afin de garantir le respect des cahiers des charges et d'assister les fournisseurs et usine de production sur tout l'aspect technique, qualité et logistique.
