  • ONEm - Account Manager

    London 2015 - 2015 ONEm is a young, innovative company revolutionising the world of Telecoms. We are building a new community of Mobile Operators to deliver a new global communication experience to their end users.  

    In charge of nine Telecommunication markets (36 accounts), working within the branch of operational digital marketing. Clément’s main projects are to develop growth of the business by contacting senior level Mobile Operators and create a digital presence.

    Currently responsible for the following tasks:

    -Contacting with an Introductory Letter to Mobile Operators (English and French), following up with clients and creating professional relations (For French speaking countries like Belgium, Caribbean, RDC, French Polynesia...).
    -Analysing Telecom markets through studies and tools like GSMA data base. Developed the negotiation strategy.
    -Organising conference calls to pitch ONEm's services to C-level Mobile Operators around the world.
    -Finalising contracts through negotiations and agreements with Mobile Operators.
    -Providing a strong CRM, designed to meet with client expectations and deal with any request or issues.
    -Took initiative to personally develop a global Digital Marketing strategy for ONEm: creating and launching social media presence, thereby building a ONEm community globally through internet.
    -Developing SEO strategy implementation using Blogs, press release, free web directories, content optimization, key words, white paper, FAQs.
  • La Vinoteca Francesa - Business Developer

    2014 - 2014 In charge of client accounts and membership, importation and analysis of the company’s performance. Clément’s main project was to increase the company’s turnover by driving sales through new and existing clients.

     Operational selling; ensuring a targeted, proactive and commercial approach to business development.
     Sales Administration; constantly reviewing the process of ordering to look for ways to make them more efficient.
     Analysing global strategy; evaluating each part of the value chain to reduce costs and attain a better margin.
     Anticipating market trends and developing digital marketing to adapt the offer and increase brand visibility.
     Modifying the CRM strategy with a new approach designed to get closer to the client and meet with their
    expectations.
     On the field; devising a customised offer for each B to B client and negotiating on businesses deals.
     Entertain promotional events, like wine testing and special wine cellar sale.
     Recovery of 70% of the client debt and 18 new client accounts obtained.
