    - I guaranty the legal, fiscal and financial safety of my activity. I define and drive the Oxylane Sri Lanka project
    - In link with the company values, I recruit sportive people and I check their potentiality and their evolving
    possibility in the company (management potentiality, exclusivity of the know how...).
    - I develop a team to serve the project. I prepare the future (3 to 5 years) through a strong management of
    competences in order to anticipate the evolutions of my people. I warranty the 3 1/3 ratio for my team.
    - I define with each collaborator his annual mission. I define SMART objectives (Simple, measurable,
    Ambitious, Realistic, and timed) that I regularly debrief all year long.
    - I guaranty and manage the activity performances. I analyse the indicators of my activity thanks to the P&L and
    my piloting. I set up the necessary corrective action plan to warranty my activity result.

    2010 - 2012 Basé au siège de la société Décathlon (5 milliards de CA) au sein de la Direction Industrielle et sous la direction du responsable achat NOVADRY, je construis une politique d achat sur ma famille de produits (enjeux/moyens/planning) et je pilote sa mise en oeuvre (50 Millions d'euros de CA achat).
    Je propose et fais produire les produits en garantissant le meilleur rapport qualité/coûts/délais.
    Je suis garant de mon panel mondial des fournisseurs. Je travaille en étroite relation avec les équipes de conception, d’approvisionnement et d’industrialisation, présentes sur le siège international et dans les filiales en France et à l'étranger.
