  • Renault - Alliance Excellence Manager

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2003 - 2004 Scope: organisational expertise to strategic new vehicles projects done in international cooperation
    * Coached project executives and teams involved in Alliance projects to improve project risk detection & management, trained 50 project members, and spread know-how through the launch of intranet site.
    * Increased organisational effectiveness of projects and subsidiaries (designed a vehicle saving program that achieved 36 million EUR decrease in cost).
    * Built the Renault Russian subsidiary Balanced Scorecard for executives and set up a risk management initiative for a new project (first foreign automotive project in Russia to be delivered on time).

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2000 - 2003 on New Vehicle launch (France, Great Britain, Spain)
    Scope: Chassis mechanical parts - 20 million EUR Budget
    * Led the implementation and development of new Project Manager function within the company
    * Managed a cross-functional team of 15 people from engineering, quality, purchasing and planning departments, in order to develop and industrialize chassis parts of a new joint venture vehicle project with General Motors and Nissan (became fastest development project in Renault at the time of the vehicle launch).
    * Built 3 parties (Renault/Nissan/GM) collaborative relationship to ensure maximum project output.
  • Procter & Gamble Engineering Services - Production Project Manager

    1998 - 2000 Scope: Paper mass production equipment - 30 million EUR Budget
    * Managed the commissioning schedule of a 30 million EUR manufacturing investment through to operation.
    * Interfaced with the Manufacturing Managers to provide a smooth transfer of the equipment to the customer plant, on schedule.
  • Procter & Gamble Engineering Services - Quality Project Engineer

    1997 - 1998 Scope: Quality equipment on production lines - 500 K EUR Budget
    * Performed the design and installation on the Hungarian site of computerised vision systems that successfully eliminated 90 % of defective products on mass production lines (1000 products / min) and led to increased customer satisfaction.
