    Villejuif 2010 - 2011  Regulated the Net Banking Income of LCL by using financial reporting in multi team environment to audit the bank solvency and monitor the company performance – both banking products and agency network cross-control processes

     Challenged the agency network by analysing sales performance ratios (profit margin, budget target variance) and comparing agencies to each other to detect their weaknesses and help them to increase their efficiency

     Designed, tested and produced new financial analysis reports and dashboards by using Excel charts, pivot tables and PowerPoint to drive the bank’s fast online presence and the specific performances of Monaco business

     Automated and improved financial reporting method by using SQL and VBA programming in multi access databases and Excel reports to reduce the monthly update times from 15 to 5 days
