  2010 - maintenant My duties are the following:
  * new contract analysis, also involving other functions (e.g. legal and finance);
  * increasing the business reputation of ISMES Division in domestic market;
  * to anticipate client needs and market evolution;
  * increasing client dealings in order to establish a faithful relationship with ISMES;
  * performing business analysis to ensure a sustainable growth and backlog,
  * looking for new opportunities to increase the order volume.
  Usualy, in my work, I spend more than 50% of time in travel for technical, management and commercial duties.

• CESI S.p.A - Project Manager - Characterisation

  2007 - 2010 As a Project Manager of complex projects (site characterization and remediation designs, waste water treatment plant designs, environmental and structural monitoring system designs, etc.):
  
  • I was the man in charge for the projects, reporting directly to Div. Director and CEO;
  • I directed and harmonized various professionals (e.g. environmental, civil and industrial engineers, chemists, biologists, geologists and field technicians)
  • I provided the project excellence ensuring the respect of times and budget;
  • in cooperation with the Supply Manager, I increased the profitability of project,
  • in cooperation with Safety Manager, I obtained a reduction of the accident numbers;
  • in cooperation with HR Manager, I cared the development of team competences
  

• CESI S.p.A - Project Engineer

  2006 - 2007 I have been involved into over than 20 environmental projects. The work has been a mix of remediation technology, water treatment, risk assessment, financial and project management, regulatory negotiations and field services.
  In this Role, my duties were:
  
  • technical documents implementing;
  • activities scheduling;
  • resources estimating;
  • ensuring the project compliance with clients request.
