I am seasoned IT Executive, proud to accompany organizations across Europe and Asia to transform their business, using new and evolving technologies as a catalyst.

Even if failing is always a concerns in an extremely competitive market, I am confidently leading my fellows to develop innovative, flexible and unique solutions. My "can do" attitude combined with agile, diverse and multi-cultural teams allow to develop solutions redefining the relationship between customers or staff and the organizations.

In the banking domain, I am helping the business department to re-invent how to engage with their customers, proposing a new "every day banking" experience powered by digital technologies, leveraging retail or other industries examples. By doing this, banks can create differentiated offering and become key player of a business ecosystem.

Using new and innovative technology to bring the human in the heart of the business and operations is driving my career since the beginning. Let's continue!

  • Accenture - IT Strategy for Regional Core Banking Center of Excellence

    Paris 2011 - 2011 For a major regional ASEAN bank, Denis led the IT strategy to establish Center of Excellence (CoE) to maintain and enhance core business applications.
    The Bank intends to create regional software factories for core business applications. This initiative is tightly linked with their regional standardization strategy and their cost reduction objectives. The first application would be a CoE to maintain their Core Banking platform. This CoE will cover the entire application life cycle, from the new business demands, to the application development of new releases and finally the maintenance of the various applications in the different countries.
    With the Bank, Denis and his team developed the new IT Operating model for the CoE, the target organisation and governance, the transformation roadmap with the staffing estimates to progressively ramp-up the CoE. This strategic piece of work is leading the bank into the strategic transformation of their IT organisation, starting with a first CoE.
  • Accenture - EChannel platform definition for Asian Bank

    Paris 2011 - 2011 For a major Asian bank, Denis was the lead Architect to define the replacement strategy of their regional eBanking application. This led to a package selection to support the internet and mobile banking solution.
    The proposed banking architecture was based on decoupling the distribution functionalities from the banking manufactories. It helped to promote reuse of banking sales & services functionalities across the distribution channels and to facilitate integrations with the different core banking systems in the various countries. These architecture principles were combined with other security and technical constraints to drive the software selection.
    With the Bank, Denis and the team refined the Banking architecture blueprint and drive the software selection process with the different vendors. This engagement led the bank to start the implementation of the new eBanking.
  • Accenture - IT Transformation for Central Europe subsidiaries of a Major International Bank

    Paris 2011 - 2011 For the international business unit of a leading French bank, Denis coordinated the IT Transformation to standardize the International Retail Banking System with a particular focus on the distribution channels and business integration platform.
    With the International headquarter and the various countries, Denis and the team set-up the transformation office including the organisation, the governance, the key processes. He significantly drove the architectural coordination to ensure local IT decision fit within the IT Strategy and new programs effectively realized the agreed roadmap. With his team, he also drove the adaptation of the IT strategy and roadmap because of not anticipated issues or constraints. In parallel he was responsible to align and get buy-in from the country’s CIO on the IT Strategy.

    Paris 1997 - 2016 Denis is leading "Distribution & Marketing" practice for Financial services in ASEAN. His intent is to help organizations to redefine their relationship with their customers or staff.
    With his strong technology, Enterprise Architecture, IT Strategy and transformational background, Denis delivers pragmatic and realistic end to end solutions.

    In parallel of client related work, Denis is also a recognized Global Banking Architect in the global Accenture network.
