  Rungis 2016 - 2017 Leading cross functional teams for successful launch of nutritional products for Pacific Asia markets.
  
  Effective management of project scope and deliverables to achieve growth of key brands.
  Projects included market and line extensions, reformulations, new products, new manufacturing processes and new packages.

• Abbott Laboratories - Senior Scientist - Abbott Nutrition R&D

  Rungis 2014 - 2016 Development of nutritional products for babies (Similac), children (PediaSure) and adults (Ensure and Glucerna for diabetes).
  
  Main responsibilities included:
   - Product Development and Innovation
   - Cost improvement, Margin & Profitability Projects.

• Fonterra - Senior Research & Development Technologist

  2012 - 2014 Ice Cream products development for the Tip Top brand.
  
  Key accountabilities included:
  • Formulation with natural colours and flavours and removal of palm oil. This project involved a redevelopment of the whole ice cream range (150+ ice cream and water ice products) for the Tip Top brand.
  • Product Development and Innovation: Managed new ice cream products development from concept to launch. Accountable for delivering in full on time and in budget all assigned NPD projects. Compile ingredient and nutritional information data and provide labelling specifications to Marketing. Interpret the Food Regulations to ensure all products and packaging & artwork complies. Identify, conduct and implement product and process improvements and cost reduction opportunities.
  • People Management: Managed and trained one R&D technologist.

• Lactalis - Ingénieur R&D Nutrition Infantile

  Laval 2009 - 2012 Enjeux : Développer des laits infantiles et céréales infantiles depuis le concept produit jusqu’à la réalisation industrielle.
  
  Cette mission se décline selon les axes suivants:
  - Collaboration avec les Equipes Marketing afin de répondre aux briefs de développement produits, dans le respect des contraintes industrielles

  Mission: Caractérisation d’anticorps monoclonaux ciblant des cellules tumorales du cancer du sein.

  Californie 2001 - maintenant Exelixis: entreprise pharmaceutique de biotechnologies située à San Francisco.
  
  Stage dans le domaines de la biologie moléculaire.
  Mission: Identification de cibles génétiques potentielles pour de nouveaux médicaments.
