    • Responsible for achieving profit, revenue and cash targets, and for the full P&L.

    • Managed the whole teams (CFO & Accountability, HR, Sales, Marketing, PR, Logistics, Customer Service).
    • Achieved complete Turnaround, with recruitment of half of the teams.

    PARIS 2008 - 2010 In charge of the Business Unit LANCOME (N.1 Selective Beauty Brand worldwide) within the Luxury Division of L’Oreal, and a team of 70+ employees.
    • Succesfully reorganised the Marketing and Sales Teams, as shown by revenue growth and increased Press Coverage.
    • Managed to meet the profitability target in a not growing market.
