As a SAP professional on best practices, I had the chance to work on complex Projects with different operators and with different background worldwide which made me strive on finding solutions to the toughest issues on Project Financials during all the phases of the projects.
Experienced for 7 years on SAP Projects Management/financials, here are my responsibilities:
• Support Project Managers to Plan and deliver projects on time and under budget.
• Perform tasks at firm hands before the deadlines as well as to get all done right in the balance sheet.
• Review and compile financial data including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Present to the top management team the issues and the areas of improvement for cleaner projects.
• Compile, verify, analyze, interpret and disseminate critical financial data.
• Keep great relationships with my stakeholders and with Finance to ensure timely updates of the project financials
