    INTERMODAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    Sell Trucking and ICD activities
    Monitor and act on volume trucked by ML/SCL through Intermodal
    Selection of best vendor based on reliability and cost.

    Set up commercial strategy to develop Intermodal Business

    COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING

    Ensure constructive communication with customers, Customer Service, Sales and truckers for
    best possible co-ordination of daily operations.
    Note customer's complaints and take appropriate actions.

    COSTS CONTROLING & PAYMENT PROCESSING

    Control 3P truckers & CCID invoices.
    Create Purchase Order, Goods Receipt & Release P.O
    Control weekly CIS trucking invoice before confirming amount to finance team.

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2008 - 2009 INVOICES PREPARATION

    • Front desk officer, job is to collect appropriate documents, prepare invoices and submit to customers for payment.

    GCSS IMPORT TASKS
    • Ensure at the end of the day that all GCSS tasks related import are closed in System to avoid any delays especially for finance to enable them to post it in system.

    MAIL ATTENDANCE
    • Ensure all incoming messages are daily attended as a professional and avoid reminders meaning deadline of 24 hrs for any reply

    CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
    • Ensure all telephone requests are timely attended and customers well served, ensure in that way that a very good service is rendered to our customer for their satisfaction

    CUSTOMS TRANSACTION FOLLOW UP

    • Handle all customs transaction by ensuring that manifest amendment are invoiced and paid prior approval
