  • Advent Group / Access MBA - International Events and Communication Manager

    2012 - maintenant The Access MBA Tour and Access Masters Tour are a series of One-to-One events connecting qualified candidates with admissions directors of Top International Business Schools and Universities.
    As an International Project Manager, I am responsible for more than 10 of these events per year in the Americas, Europe, The Middle East and Asia. Managing the event from A to Z, it is my duty to manage the budget of the event for the following needs :

    Event promotion:
    - Launching communication campaigns from A to Z
    - Negotiating strategic partnerships with specific local media outlets (web, press, International
    Institutions, and more)
    - Managing all the Social Media campaigns for all the events (Google Adwords Search and Display,
    Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter)
    - Liaising with the webmaster and the designer to get appropriate communication tools for each
    event (HTML, banners, Advertorial, Advertisement, Street Marketing and more)
    - Supervising the Media Assistants
    - Following up closely with the Medias to make sure the media plan is executed as scheduled.

    Candidate Selection for the event:
    - Liaising with the Candidate Management Department and supervising the strategy of candidates’
    selection for each event: matching the right candidates for the right MBA program regarding many
    criteria.

    Logistics:
    Supervising the Logistics Coordinators for the following tasks:
    - Booking flights and hotels for the Staff
    - Securing and booking a suitable venue for the event
    - Coordinating venue management (caterers, set-up, timing)
    - Coordinating local staff recruitment
    - Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements

    Onsite organization:
    - Meeting with the venue the day before the event to make sure everything is done as requested
    - Staff briefings the day of the event
    - Making sure the event schedule is strictly followed
    - Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to
    ensure that all runs smoothly
