    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2010 - 2011 My diploma project is to design an ergonomic kitchen to answer the needs of the elderly. To do so I have designed a kitchen with easy-to-clean materials, accessible kitchen equipment and furniture and safety (adapted cook-tops). I therefore developed various concepts to answer specific needs. Carrying heavy cooking utensils being difficult, I have conceived a serving table with brakes in order to lessen falling risks. The “rubber graft” prevents objects from falling in cupboards or on shelves. Finally, a mobile kitchen work-top offers additional surface to prepare meals.

    This kitchen is gonna be on the market in september 2011.
