    2008 - 2013 Frucor Beverages Australia is a Suntory Group company since 2008. Frucor is distributing around 60 SKUs in Australia to three main channels:Grocery Trade (40%), Petrol & Convenience (35%) and non organised Route (25%). In total, Frucor Australia employed, in 2012, 250 staff for a turnover of AU$ 287M.

    Responsibilities:
    In charge of Customer Service, Telesales and Order Management for the Australian Business (team of 7 individuals). In charge of Inventory Planning (stock balancing, safety stock review, shortage management…) and Logistics national coordination (invoices, contracts, best practices…) with a team of 2 individuals. Generate consensus Sales Forecast plan with Sales and Marketing. Lead the monthly Sales & Operations cycle (including the sales forecast meeting and the executive S&OP meeting).
    Develop gain sharing initiatives with customers (EDI, VRP, Quick Response, …)

    Achievements :
    - Implemented In House EDI with our main customers (Coles, Woolworths, Big W, BP)
    - Reviewed and improved significantly Order to Cash processes
    - Developed gain sharing supply chain activities with main customers
    - Achieved 82% Hewitt engagement score across logistics in Australia

    2007 - 2008 The Australian Supply Chain practice based in Sydney and Melbourne is split in 4 streams strategy, planning, warehousing&distribution and procurement. It included 20 people for a turnover of $3M

    Responsibilities:
    Subject Matter Expert for the Supply Chain Planning capability. Managed two junior consultants on various projects. Developed training on Supply Chain planning for S&OP and Demand Forecasting for the global practice. Developed an Industrial Products Thought Leadership in Supply Chain for the Australian Market through interviews with more than 10 leading Australian Manufacturing Companies.

    Achievements :
    - implemented an S&OP process for Carter Holt Harvey within its Smithfield cartons site, implicated detailed mapping of roles and accountabilities to ensure the organizational structure supported the new process model, a full kit of training and the design of templates to help running a S&OP cycle (3 months).
    - developed a diagnostic review for the packing activity of Moraitis fresh product, developed a portfolio of recommendations with indicative savings, other benefits and risks for improvements to the current process to close the identified gaps.(2 months)
    - led the complete assessment of the inventory management processes used in Qantas Engineering Australia to track plane spare parts for their maintenance services (Engine maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance) and developed a disciplined stocktake process for all QE locations in Australia, implemented this process with Qantas stakeholders through an effective change management program (6 months).
    - reviewed the production control processes within National Printing Australia (part of the national bank of Australia), the official manufacturer of Bank Notes and Passport for Australia, assessed the current processes in place and proposed a detailed recommendation plan for key identified opportunities(1 month).
    - helped the Department of Education in NSW to assess the transportation market for moving their classroom demountables. Eloi has defined specifications and has contacted potential suppliers to facilitate the tender process (1 month).
    - reviewed controls and risks in the Sales and Operations Planning of CSL Limited Biotherapies. (3weeks)
    - developed a diagnostic of the merchandising planning and order management of Spotlight Australia. (2 weeks)
    - generated a Supply Chain integrity review for Australian Vinyls Limited. (3 weeks)
    - developed a Risk and Control Review for Foster’s Global Demand Planning Processes.

  • - Unilever - Ice Cream & Frozen Food France - Iglo / Knorr - Rueil Malmaison, France - Responsible for Supply & Demand Planning Frozen Food France (40 M€ Turnover - 150 SKU )

    2004 - 2007 The Unilever Frozen Food Europe Business achieved 1 billion € Turnover in 2006 (50 M€ in France). The main brands were Iglo, Knorr, Bird’s Eye and Findus. French business represented 150 SKU over 3 categories: fish, vegetable, meals sourced from 15 suppliers based all over the world.

    Responsibilities:
    – Responsible for inventory management, deployment planning, supply planning
    – Managed two people in order to monitore stock level & production planning with 15 factories
    – Led repacking operations for promotional events for grocery trade market
    – Generated and analysed Sales Forecast for 150 SKU in tons on a monthly bucket
    – Led a monthly review forecast meeting with head of marketing, sales and finance
    – Coordinated a multifunctional team in order to launch new frozen products and follow products life cycle
    – Implemented SAP – module APO DP & APO SNP - on the frozen food business instead of DPEE Manugistic for the Demand Planning (2005) and SKEP Dynasis for the supply planning
    – Key user for SAP APO
    – Developed new tracking tools and implemented Best Practices for the Unilever planning community

    Achievements:
    – Led with success the change management during the SAP installation within Unilever ICF planning team
    – Increased the sales forecast accuracy (+15%) by improving the existing S&OP process
    – Achieved a case fill rate (OTIF) of 99,8% in 2005 for the French frozen food market (vs. 97% 2004; 96.5% 2003)

    2003 - 2004 Responsible for the Slim.Fast French Supply Chain
    Slim.Fast was bought by Unilever in 2000. In France, in 2003, it was still a stand alone business that represented 7M€ Turnover and 35 SKU. The Slim.Fast team was composed of 15 people.

    Responsibilities:
    – Forecasted sales for France and Belgium, drove stock level and improved case fill rate
    – Supervised logistic operations : warehousing, distribution and repacking
    – Monitored and optimized the Supply Chain budget ( 500 000 EUR / year)
    – Delivered a logistic study on the european stock level for Knorr Soups

    Achievements:
    – Led with success the integration of the Slim.Fast Supply Chain within Unilever in 2004
    – Spent 2 months in Datchet, UK, to manage the European level of stock
    – Created the European logistic single page with all KPI

    Reason for leaving:
    Once Slim.Fast had been integrated to Unilever, I was given the opportunity of taking a senior position focused on planning.
