  My mission were to produce a literature review, to develop the partner's network , and to run a qualitative study on the nutritional quality in school canteen.

  To develop a reference table, based on nutritional recommandations.
  To develop a decision making tool
  To run the audit of the nutritional quality of the products (frozen, fresh, cans) in Europe.
  To support the developement and marketing teams in order to change the product composition when necessary;
