Emilie, 29 ans, installée depuis 2011 aux Pays-Bas et je m'y plais beaucoup!
Passionnée photographie et de communication et marketing online.
Diplômée en 2010 d'un Master 2 en Langues et Communication Internationale et en 2009 d'un Master 1 en Langues et Commerce International.
Une fois arrivée aux Pays-Bas, j'ai travaillé pour Microsoft dans l'organisation d'événements, chez Euroflorist en tant que Responsable commercial Belgique puis e-commerce manager Belgique et e-commerce team leader CE. A ce jour, je suis heureuse de travailler en tant que webshop manager France chez fonQ!

  • Euroflorist - E-commerce Team Lead Central Europe & E-commerce Manager Belgium

    2016 - 2017 As an e-commerce team leader, I lead a team of 5 e-commerce and content managers for 5 different countries: France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
    My role consists in supporting the team and ensure that all markets have the best strategy and are reaching their goals. My principal occupations as a team lead:
    - Ensure all markets are hitting their KPIs
    - Work together with a team of great e-com managers and online specialists (Adwords, CRM, UX, Affiliates,..) and ensure that the communication flow is as good as it should to be successful as a team.
    - Create campaign plans at the group level together with e-com managers, online specialists, marketing, designers.
    - Give everyone the chance to share their ideas. A bad idea does not exist. Give enough attention to every idea and make sure that the best ones will be heard and worked on.

  • Euroflorist - E-commerce manager Belgium

    2014 - 2017 Responsible for the contents and e-commerce of the website Euroflorist.be.
    Sept 2014 - May 2015: also online content manager of Euroflorist.nl.
    My goal is to optimize online sales, involving the management of the following main tasks :
    Strategical planning for web content and products
    Writing, editing and publishing contents (CMS)
    SEM campaigns, ads, optimizing keywords on Google Adwords.
    Affiliate network management
    SEO
    Communicate on blog and social media : Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google +, Instagram.
    Finding new traffic sources & online partners
    Web statistics analysis

  • Euroflorist - Responsable commercial Belgique

    2013 - 2014 Responsible for identifying, qualifying and generating sales opportunities and pursuing these to successful closure within the Belgium market. Identify new opportunities and maintain current customer base. Relationship building with existing customers both B2B and B2C.
    Responsible for the launching of the Euroflorist Market webshop in Belgium, online platform where florists can buy flowers, plants and accessories.
    Work in French, Dutch and English.
