  • LFDU mobilier - Founder & President

    2009 - maintenant LFDU MOBILIER / furniture design and retail company in an e-commerce model
    ``Developing a business from end to end in the e-commerce economy''

    As founder and President of a furniture ecommerce retail company I performed a market analysis on the French furniture market, created a new brand, oversaw product design and created and executed an e-Marketing strategy in a B to C e-commerce model.

    Interested since 2011 in the new industrial revolution brought by the FabLab (Fabrication
    Laboratory), I performed a feasibility study on the sector. I also had hands on experience of fast
    prototyping (3d printing).
  • ACCENTURE - Senior manager

    Paris 1996 - 2008 ``Building strong relationship with Senior Finance executives to help them improve their business.''

    Liaising with CFOs, I led a wide range of consulting missions in the Finance and Accounting areas
    whereby my responsibilities included:

    - Solution analysis and shaping (project resources, budget and selling process management) ;
    - Client relationship management at C level (coordination, reporting and project sponsorship) ;
    - Consulting project delivery leadership ( team coordination, planning and budget follow-up)

    Some example projects included:

    - SAP System and organization deployment: for a major transportation group, I led the
    rollout of the new finance model (system/process/organization) in France (18 months
    project, 20 people team) accompanying the merger of 3 companies
    o The project delivered an improved standardized design of finance operations
    through the delivery of SAP and the set-up of a new finance organization
    o My personal contribution included the coordination of the different CFOs, project
    accounting teams and technical teams to successfully deliver a running solution
    while demonstrating strong issues management.

    - Organization Transition. For a major beverage group, I led the Project Management team
    for the transition of 5 countries accounting to a Shared Services Center model within
    aggressive 6 months schedule with a 20 people team
    o My personal contribution included a strong involvement in the methodology
    definition, team coordination and support to the client project management

    - High level strategic studies: I performed a strategic analysis of the food market key
    financials, which was presented to a major food company global CFO meeting
    o I successfully leveraged Accenture Research Finance skills to deliver a tailored
    presentation material used by our client to dialogue with its Investors.
