    2009 - 2013 Working for a company in a JIT plant that produces seats for the new Renault Master. Launch of the plant and project at the same time, in January 2009.

    Management of a team formed by 15 workers.

     New project’s Launch Logistics Responsible: X62 (Seat for the New Renault Master):
    +Purchase of raw materials and components.
    +Orders according EDI.
    +Periodic stock control.
    +Optimization of logistics resources (transport, volume, time, etc…).
    +Material reception assuring full backward traceability.
    +Supplier interface.

  • Grupo Antolín Plasbur - Responsable Approvisionnements et Clients Etrangers

    2004 - 2009  Management of customers such us Ford, Renault and Grupo Antolin’s foreign plants.
    +Schedules via EDI (Renault and G.A.’s companies) and CMMS (Ford).
    +Production and delivery planning.
    +Optimization of logistics resources (transports, volume, time, etc…).
    +Documentation.
    +AVIEXP.
    +Client interface.

     Management of suppliers.

    +Purchase of raw materials and components.
    +Orders according EDI and CMMS (Ford) requirements.

     Savings achieved in 2007 around 50.000€ keeping them yearly in future during the project life(C-307), then in total 50000€*5 = 250000€.

     New project’s Launch Logistics Responsible:

    +B58 (New Citroën C4 Picasso): 7 moulds (Year 2007).
    +X95 (New Renault Meganne III): 32 moulds (Year 2008 and 2009).

  • AMPLEFORTH COLLEGE AND WYKE COLLEGE - ENGLAND - Spanish Language Assistant

    2001 - 2004 I provided Spanish language (conversation and grammar) classes, working very hard with my students who achieved excellent results in their AS and A2 levels. I helped increase existing resources by creating and developing specific Spanish teaching materials. I formed part of a teaching team, working closely with and in support of my colleagues in ensuring the best possible service for our students.
