    Member of the Clariant Commercial Excellence initiative. The commercial processes are analyzed and optimized with the Lean Six-Sigma tools and methods.

    The Black Belt is the leader of the improvement projects. He creates and guides the team through the project steps and ensures the long term sustainability of the results.
