    Rueil Malmaison 2005 - 2007 Jan 05 – February 07 : Residential BU and Logistic Director for India - 190 Meuro and 2000 people

    • Build up the Residential business unit in India delivering a turn over up to 14 Meuro ,starting from 1 Meuro(2 years) with a new team of 90 p (contract TAJ Hotel, CISCO, ...)
    • Set up the new logistic organization for India ( 800 customers , 190 Meuro ) concerning the entire Supply chain (logistic offer, forecast , booking , warehousing, transport ) including a customer care center
