    2008 - 2010 Showed a consistent track record of asset acquisition, attracting over $250 million since taking the role - exceeded expectations by 50 percent. Responsible for providing individual tax optimizations, tailored investment strategies and solutions, and establishing long-term relationships with high net-worth individuals and corporate clients.

    Acted as a mentor for new and tenured employees, including training for sales techniques, needs analysis, and active listening; established pilot program for employee efficiency and process improvement in August, 2009 - the program has now been deployed to over 500 employees in the organization.

    Responsible for addressing immediate client needs, while providing selective investment analysis and advice. Gained experience in portfolio construction and asset allocation based on risk tolerance, time horizon and clients goals.
