• Manage a team comprised of senior managers, managers and lead analysts, including off-shore resources in Bangalore India;
• Led the sale of Upstate New York Branches (195 branches / $15 Bn Deposits) Information Management activities: supported bidding process, provided business intelligence to senior management, generated external reports (to DoJ), facilitated the multiple de-conversion processes;
• Led the migration of the information infrastructure for the mortgage business from being internally supported to an external servicing company;
• Oversaw the creation of a comprehensive in-house information solution for the credit card business.

Project HSBC Canada Relationship Manager MI Reporting
• Created the data model then built the ETL of a Relationship Manager Portfolio Data Mart including all banking products.
Project North America HR Analytics
• Produced interim SAS file solution used to produce the HR Analytics Dashboard;
• Supported the design and the full testing process of the HR Analytics Data Mart.
Project US Bank Data Warehouse Phase 1 & 2
• Supported the US Bank IM team from design to testing of a new Data Warehouse.
Project Capital Management Reporting and Regulatory Remediation Project
• Fixed legal entity integrity issues in our regulatory reporting by creating a legal entity cross reference file for the impacted application systems;
• Developed the content of the North America capital management monthly report.
Project Card Services Basel II implementation
• Created time-series account data files for modelers to categorize securitization pool and compute required metrics such as probability of default.
Project Multi-bureau prospect database and campaign management infrastructure
• Coded complex reports to validate and assess the effectiveness of business rules used to identify individuals and households;
• Coded all existing campaigns from selection criteria to segmentation (SQL).
Project Cross-Sell Data Mart
• Developed an interim flat file solution to execute all business units’ campaigns;
