    - Recruitment of employees and executives ;
    - Management and optimization of the annual and monthly payroll of the 3 stores
    o Move from 14 permanent contracts to 11 + 3 temporary contracts (for sales period only)
    - Setting sales target to the stores managers by establishing annual and monthly budgets, depending on:
    o the collection
    o the brands ( different margin for each one )
    o the sales period ( more business )
    - Maximizing sales and profitability by analysis and implementation of the various brands ;
    - Providing my team with stimulation and supportive environment :
    o Brain storming every 2 weeks
    o Creation of challenge between the 3 stores
    - Driving team performance :
    o Quarterly interview with each employee and executive to appreciate their own skills in each part of
    their job and finally give them some objectives until the next interview.
    o Perform regular meetings with the stores managers to introduce the new collection, discuss about
    their own result and exchange about the good and the bad process to maximize sales progress.
    - Controlling the Management Teams through surprise visits, based on exhaustive list of the company
    merchandising processes.
    - Purchases of one complete range of products from international and national brands for all the stores of the
    chain, up to 3 stores (some of them in English)
    - Weekly report to the CEO
    - Monitoring of the monthly variable costs :
    o Control of the electricity and water bills and make new process to reduce the costs
    o Control of the maintenance works bills, fire control,...
