  • Airbus Helicopters - MEng - Ph.D candidate

2016 - maintenant Subject : "Integration of ergonomics along preliminary process design dedicated to maintainability : contribution of numerical tools"
  • UTBM - Research & Project Engineer

2014 - 2016 Ergonomics, Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering Department.
Research Institute on Transportation, Energy and Society (EA 7274)
    Systems & Transport Laboratory
Research Team: Ergonomics & System Design

Working especially on mechanical engineering and ergonomics projects for various industrial requests in France and abroad (Faurecia, Merck Millipore, Ducati Energia, La poste, Euroglas, Thalès, Airbus...):

    • Tailored the business goals according to customer needs
    • Quotation, Planning and milestone establishment
    • Strong communication with customers and suppliers
    • Technical and Scientific follow-up
    • Technical documentation writting

Lead some pedagogical projects in order to help engineering students:

    • Lecture of mechanical projects
    • Lecture of ergonomics at the workstation
  • Airbus Helicopters - Trainee maintainability engineer

Blagnac 2014 - 2014 Final-year internship at Airbus Helicopters (formerly Eurocopter). The aim of this internship is to improve the Ground Handling Wheels (hydraulic or manual system allowing to lift and move a helicopter on the ground) :

    • Ergonomics analyses (numerical manikins, effort, postural behaviour…)
    • Design & mechanical skills (FEA, Catia V5, gear reducer)
    • External and Internal Functional Analysis
    • Value Analysis
    • Hydraulics
    • Managing meetings with customers and suppliers
  • RegionaalHaigla (Tallinn Hospital) - Assistant Mechanical Engineer/Ergonomist

2013 - 2014 Project with the cooperation of the Tallinn University of Technology. The aim of this project is to increase the usability of different medical systems for improving environment for the medical staff and the patient:

    • Ergonomics analyses (numerical manikins, effort, postural behaviour…)
    • Design & mechanical skills (FEA with Ansys V13, Catia V5)
    • Physical mock-up
  • Stocko Contact Eurl - Assistant Mechanical Engineer/Ergonomist

2013 - 2013 Project with the cooperation of the UTBM and three other engineering students. Ergonomics analysis of the stamping workstation for improving the working condition of the technicians. We have to analyze the interaction between tools, the environment and technicians. With some ergonomics tools, we have to bring a solution to reduce musculoskeletal disorders:

    • Ergonomics analyses (numerical manikins, effort, postural behaviour, noises, vibrations…)
    • Design & mechanical skills (FEA with Ansys V13, Catia V5)
  • University of canterbury - Research Assistant

2012 - 2013 Studies about the wing flutter dynamics on biplanes with:

    1) Analytic part:
    • Modeling of the biplanes (Catia V5)
    • Very important FEA with different configuration (V-Strus, parallel-Struts,angles of attack…) (Ansys V13)
    • Statistic (Matlab)

    2) Experimental part:
    • Building of several wings in composite materials
    • Test in wind tunnel with one and two wings (for simulating the biplanes)

Comparison between analytical and experimental parts: highlighting of "hard" flutter and "soft" flutter following the configuration chosen.
  • Dedienne Aerospace - Technician assistant

2011 - 2011 Modeling of several tools of the airlines and manufacturers (Airbus, ATR, Air France). Working precisely on the towbar and engine craddel:

    • Catia V5
    • Stress test and closely associating the work with the design office, quality control office, organization department, methods department, and the workshop.
