    Champfromier 2014 - maintenant MGI Coutier is a worldwide supplier to OEM in the automotive and heavy goods vehicle industries. The Group develops and offers world-renowned expertise in two principal areas: the transfer of fluids and mechanisms.

    I am currently in charge in CHINA of the Industrial Development of projects for DPCA, VOLVO (GEP3) and CONTINENTAL, FORD (Sigma, Dragon) for fuel rails, cam cover and belt covers products.The main activities I carry out daily are :
    - Definition of industrial Master Plan
    - Definition of CDC/Specifications for Means and Toolings
    - Definition and update of PFMEA and Control Plan
    - Definition of Work Instructions and trainings for the operators
    - Definition of 5S checklist, start approval, parameters sheets for machines
    - Audit and monitoring of suppliers
    - Pilot run / R@R

    I also support other deparments with involvement in :
    - PDCA/8D-5why monitoring and action [quality]
    - LPA/flash audit deployment (training, monitoring, analysis) [quality]
    - Audit preparation [quality]
    - Pull-out tests, cross-section, cleanliness tests [laboratory]
    - QRQC deployment (training, monitoring, analysis) [production]
    - Panel of suppliers and assessment [purchase]
    - REX (experience feedback) and Standard Procedures
    - Weekly reporting to the Industrial Program Manager [top management]
  • Mi-GSO - Projects Engineer

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2012 - 2014 MI-GSO is a consulting company and European leader in Projects Management Engineering Services.

    As Projects Engineer I work on the Airbus A350 embedded systems and operational tests to certify the aircraft by the autorithies. My missions consists in :

    - To guarantee overall flight test installations (FTI) planning consistency and updates
    - To manage interdependancies between DO, manufacturing, systems development, testing and installation units
    - To consolidate financial data and analyse actuals
    - To manage actions and dashboards
    - To define adapted indicators to steer planning performance and specific systems development
    - To improve daily routine tasks (database on Access, VBA development)
    - To train and monitor a team of PMO on the full FTI perimeter
    - To perform weekly and monthly reportings to clients (Airbus' Projects Managers)
  • Valmont Sermeto - Supply Chain & Lean Engineer

    2011 - 2012 Valmont Sermeto, a subsidiary of Valmont Industries, is specialized in the design and manufacture of aluminium and steel lightning poles mainly.

    My engineering-school-final-year project within this company had two main goals :
    - To reduce the overall leadtimes of the Supply Chain
    - To reduce logistics costs

    The main activities I carried out to improve delivery performance (OTD > 95%) and cost reduction (-300k€/year) :

    - Benchmarking with industrial companies concerned by transportation strategy
    - To identify improvement axis by analyzing VSM
    - To lead optimization workshops with technicians and operators (Kaizen)
    - To define planning deployment for the solutions identified (actions, costing, leadtimes)
    - To define indicators and dashboards to monitor solutions implemented
    - To be trained on optimization transportation software and define scenarii and configurations adapted to orders' areas
    - To launch RFP to transportation companies to optimize the vehicule fleet
  • ONET TECHNOLOGIES UK - Projects Engineer

    2010 - 2010 OTUK is a company specialized in the conception and installation of shielded cells and assembly lines in radioactive environments.

    During this placement my role was to support the teams in tendering treatments and projects management.

    My main missions consisted in :

    - To estimate workloads with experts (welders, operators etc)
