  • Ericsson - Strategic Project Consultant

    MASSY 2014 - 2017 Member of of the Business Unit Global Services, part of a team of senior professionals in charge of supporting and securing the successful engagement of key services deals in specific regions. Currently supporting Region Middle East and Region India.
    Main focus on major radio or fixed broadband network deployment service offerings.
    Main interfaces are regions operations, pre-sales/engagement practices, key Accounts and the different service excellence centres (in Headquarters and Globlal service delivery centres)

    MASSY 2013 - 2014 In charge of a team of senior experts and consultants in Network Roll out services located accross the Region West and Central Europe (RWCE) our mission consists of :

  • Ericsson - Head of Customer Support CU Western Europe

    MASSY 2011 - 2013 Responsible for meeting the quality of the delivery and profitability of Customer Support contracts for all customers based in Benelux, Germany and Switzerland. Those contracts covers all solutions provided by E/// to their customers. Mission includes cross country management, implement new customer support delivery model and harmonize way of working within the Customer unit and with the rest of the region (Central Europe and UK&Ireland).
  • Ericsson Belgium - Network Roll Out services Director

    2009 - 2009 P&L responsible for the Radio and Transport Network deployment services in Belux covering all services portfolio from Acquisition, design, contruction, I&C and optimization. Main mission to focus on organization and margin improvement as well as operational objectives fulfillment for customers in the Belux including a major Managed Services contract.
    Management of an organisation of 170+ employees.
    Responsible for establishing the best delivery model using local players (40+ M€ services being bought on the local market)
  • Ericsson Belgium - Head of Belux Project Office

    2009 - 2011 Reporting to Head of Local Service Organization, in charge of a team of 22+ employees. Main mission to build a Project Office in Belux covering both Network Roll Out and Consulting and System Integration projects. Focus on implementing E/// project management best practices, align and develop local CPM career path, reinforce project governance and financial control, simplify the organization to allow proper PR/PO management and create Project support function capabilities.
    Local driver for CPM@E/// (corporate change management program).
  • Ericsson France - Radio services department director

    MASSY 2006 - 2009 P&L responsibility for the Advise business in E/// France (all Consulting services) : increased sales and diversify the customer base
    • Responsible for developping and delivering all the services around the radio access products: exceeded customer targets leading to increased market share and additional business win
    • In charge of service providers strategy (selection, relationship management) : reshaped the service provider base in order to secure operational and financial performance
    • In charge of a corporate change management program around "consultative sale" for France
    • Managing a team of 50+ employees including service delivery and pre-sales expertises
  • Nortel France - UMTS Trials Leader

    Toronto 2003 - 2006 In charge of delivering all the presales trials to develop Nortel market shares within new or exisitng Nortel UMTS customers. Team in charge of introducing the latest UMTS products worldwide for pre ChR/GA customers. The team was also developping and validating advanced services to improve the operators OPEX
  • Nortel France - UMTS systems, senior program manager

    Toronto 2002 - 2003 Direct reporting to a R&D VP to follow for him the following topics:
    • Global team communication management (internal and external)
    • Overall budget consolidation for 6 R&D directors
    • Coordination and prioritization of the support to be provided to Vodafone Spain for their Q4 02 Soft launch
    • Drives performance management of the different groups
  • Nortel - UMTS terminal IOT PLM

    Toronto 2000 - 2002 Create UMTS terminal PLM team to build key partnerships with the early UMTS terminal and chipset providers to support Nortel R&D and Nortel early field activities
    • Key partnerships built with: PCI, Samsung, Motorola, Qualcomm, USIM providers
    • Drive the UMTS terminal IOT communication for Nortel (internal and external)
  • Sagem - PLM GPRS terminal and Trace mobiles

    PARIS 2000 - 2000 In charge of all the pre-Sales strategy, training sales forces, pricing, bid validation for the following products:
    • multi $M GPRS mobile IOT packages being sold to operators and infrastructure suppliers to secure their GPRS readiness (EMEA, Greater China and Asia Pac)
    • GSM and GPRS trace mobiles allowing the various network optimizations: key accomplishment was redesign of the product line (content and shape) allowing 25% increase in revenues
  • Sagem - PLM Wireless Local Loop

    PARIS 1999 - 2000 In charge of all the pre-Sales strategy, training sales forces, pricing, bid validation for the following products:
    • Tangara (CT2 technology), Airspan (OEM product), SAGEM-FPM (OEM product- LMDS technology)
    • Management of the partnership with OEM providers, joint marketing worldwide, bid answer and validation.
    • Management with SAGEM customers and the factory of the Tangara product end of life
  • Sagem Zimbabwe - Wireless Local Loop acceptance manager

    1997 - 1998 In charge of managing a team of 20 local engineers and technicians to improve the QoS of a 20 000 subscribers wireless local loop network in order to obtain the final acceptance
