Define prioritization for final function-control of excavators
Scheduling of the external required interventions on excavators including planning of certification operations
Excavators priorization in finishing process depending on shipment timelines
Optimizing the final assembly process: leading of the implementation of SKD (Semi Knocked Down) process avoiding unnecessary assembling of elements prior to excavator shipment. Implementation done thanks to the Turtle method.
Training of all involved co-workers after SKD process implementation as well as description of the process in several SOPs for all production line and different departments
Decision making on pieces ordering along with an internal purchaser depending on three criteria : type of pieces, various suppliers, excavator delivery timelines
