Optimizing the final assembly process: leading of the implementation of SKD (Semi Knocked Down) process avoiding unnecessary assembling of elements prior to excavator shipment. Implementation done thanks to the Turtle method.
Training of all involved co-workers after SKD process implementation as well as description of the process in several SOPs for all production line and different departments
