    - Builds and follows the purchasing strategy validated by Group Purchasing Director for motor components segment (magnets, copper, commutators, brushes , insulation materials)
    - Achieves QCD’s performances of the segment in Business Group
    - Leads group negotiations with critical/strategic suppliers (Key Account Manager on all EMEA suppliers and over 30% of worldwide suppliers in Segment Panel), manages and validates the negotiation results within the segment of other regional site buyers
    - Establishes mid-term visibility on new business awards of the segment for the Business Group and force bundling at earliest project stages
    - Prepares and drives annual purchasing budget process
