    Programme to integrate France & Italy payment operations into the Global Payments function and subsequent BAU management of the payments operations in country (team of 25 people)
    * Set up of the overall programme structure with governance framework, plans and recruitment of teams
    * Performed full due diligence of the operations and local structure to identify gaps & related remediation
    * Implemented the `go-to' model in country, overlooking a total of 22 work streams (such as supplier management, finance, risks & control, communication, HR, etc.)
    * Managed BAU payments and investigations operations, overseeing monthly volume of 1 million transactions
    * Managed 25 people based in 3 different locations (England, France & Italy)

    * Programme Manager - Africa Payments Conformance Programme

    Payments conformance reviews programme across 12 African countries as part of Barclays `One Africa'
    * Mobilised the programme in 3 weeks (including team recruitment (20 resources), training, logistics, development of governance and plans)
    * Programme management, coordinating the review of payments processes of 12 countries in 3 months

    Post separation programme from RBS to build a stand-alone capability for Worldpay- card merchant company
    * Managed legal & policies projects, incl development of training plans and implementation of operational processes
    * Developed and implemented the legal team business plan, leading to an improvement of the team efficiency and the engagement of the legal team with the business

    * Workstream Lead, Royal Bank of Scotland - Separation Programme

    Workstream lead for the separation programme of the RBS card merchant business (GBP 2 billion sale)
    * Managed and coordinated 3 workstreams (supplier management, legal and Intranet) from pre-deal analysis to post deal closure.

    * Reorganised & managed national and international sales and account management processes (leading to 40% sales growth) including reporting to management of sales business results & projections
    * Managed the end-to-end supply chain process from supplier negotiations to stock availability as well as the production process from product design through deliveries to customers
