Day 1: test individuals profile roles in the team and "Sens of Life " test enable to identify work and life style core values to be managed to improve efficiency and motivation.

B) Brainstorming on feasible actions suggested by the team to reach identified core values: reduce stress, increase efficiency of the team, get best conditions for project success. Ex: restructuration, work load, Skills gaps.
Day 3: Prevention: identify burn out signs, Self confidence, Communication , Breath technics
