Phosphate Processing Project at Jorf Lasfar Plant, planned to be
the Fertilizer plant largest in the world of its type. The current
position is based at work site to manage the main Contractor. The
Contract awarded on EPCm base, include the full support to the
Client to the daily management issues as Change Notice
Management, in this role has provided to put in place with success
a Change Notice Status Log reviewed and issued on weekly basis;
routine work included draft official correspondence; Invoice
verification and assist in expediting payment against completed
works; Participation to the weekly review meeting; ensure
successful execution and completion of Project. Currently a link
report between Procurement / Contract / Planning is under
development. Responsibilities also include educating the Jacobs
team on contractual matters in an effort to deliver the best possible
service to our client.

Introduction and implementation of the Procurement Status Report
(PSR) to manage, check & track the purchasing stages during all
the life of the Project. It generates the progress reports (curves,
histograms, lists).
