    1999 - 2002 I made a valuable impact early in my career by planning, engineering, and deploying e-commerce solutions as a key member of the engineering team for Glintt (Global Intelligence Technologies), a large technology company with operations in Europe, Latin America, and Africa (publicly traded on NYSE Euronext Lisbon).

    To ensure the success of e-business initiatives, I performed in-depth market analysis, usability assessments, and user and A/B testing, and translated qualitative and quantitative data into actionable strategies and usable insights for product development and improvement.

    ✔ Expertly designed and implemented €19B product—one of the first end-to-end e-commerce (B2B, B2C) products for the European and Brazilian markets.

    ✔ Launched omni-channel service model that reached Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 76 in six months; after rolling out a new version of the product, increased the average conversion rate 4%.
