  1. Advertisement management;
  2. Reception of all applications online or face-to-face
  3. First selection after a phone interview;
  4. Weekly information meeting + written tests to mark, then second selection.
  5. Individual face-to-face job interviews to drive.
  6. Third and last selection of the applicants in accordance with my manager.

  - Planning management (sick leaves, unpaid leaves, etc.)

  Results to date (December 12th):
  - 12 new employees recruited since July 2014 among the 54 current with 90% customer satisfaction (average satisfaction = 75%);
  - Employee turnover dropped by half.
