With a 23 years’ experience in transformation programs for industrial companies, I developed expertise of operational excellence on the whole supply chain including production, maintenance, quality and logistics.
Master of Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and certified black belt in Lean/Six Sigma, I started to work as a management consultant in 1995 for Bossard Consultants, joined Capgemini Consulting where I was Director until 2017 and am currently working as freelance.
Leading projects in aeronautical industry since 2015, I have previously been involved in many industrial sectors such as pharmaceutical industry, manufacturing, nuclear energy and transport.
