    Meudon 2012 - maintenant Leading the Baseline team of Gemalto’s high-end smartcard Operating System, used for NFC, eSE and eUICC products manufactured in high volumes.
    This is a transversal team which mission is to drive and participate to the OS features development & validation, implement the OS evolutions requested by marketing, and support the product teams to deliver on-time with the best quality level.

    • People recruitment, management, development and assessment (team of 8 people)
    • Coordinate the OS roadmap execution worldwide, ensure SLC is correctly executed within committed deadlines
    • Technical lead for Singapore R&D, enforce good coding & process practices for embedded OS, support engineers ramp-up within my team and across Singapore R&D.
    • Interface with Security Labs and Certification teams to analyse certification labs feedbacks, define new security features, define cryptographic APIs specifications & integrate cryptographic libraries
    • Oversee numerous features implementation including securization (EMVCo & CC), NFC (GlobalPlatform, ISO14443, TS102622, JavaCard), eUICC, eSE and Telecom features
    • Integration/debug/characterization/validation of NFC banking, mobile payment & transport applications: DESFire, MifareClassic, Mifare4Mobile, Felica, TMoney, CEPAS, Mastercard Mobile PayPass (MPP), Visa Mobile Payment Application (VMPA)
    • Continually optimize OS size and speed performances

    Use of ARM Cortex-M3, Keil, C, JavaCard, VB.NET, XML.
