    • Achieving Quality Cost Planning objectives of operations of design, development, implementation and industrialization of the vehicle project complying with the processes, methods and standard tools of Renault Design System, technical regulations in different target countries for marketing and the legal obligation of the General Product Safety.

    Boulogne-Billancourt 2009 - 2011 The Project Quality Engineer reports to the Deputy Chief Vehicle Engineer to coordinate quality assurance to:

    • Develop the Project Quality Plan and ensure deployment
    • Ensure the convergence of quality requirements at the milestones
    • Issue a formal opinion for each milestone and ensure the progress of action plans formalized during the milestones reviews
  • RENAULT F1 TEAM LTD - Research and Development Engineer

    2006 - 2009 In charge of control systems design and hydraulic systems developments:

    => Main project was to develop and implement a Control system for a Dynamic Kinematics and Compliance rig. One year project which main challenge was to merge two hexapods supplied by MTS with part of the existing rig, using a SCRAM net device

    • Control system and user interface developed within DSPACE and Simulink including large Python code development
    • CAN protocol used to log data from the car with the same MES tools used on the track (ATLAS/System Monitor)

    => R&D work on Dynamic brake bias systems
    • Among various solutions, the hydraulic one I’ve proposed was selected. I’ve optimized it within Dymola to match an optimum bias shape. After a five months development program, I’ve tested it on the track successfully.

    => Various other projects as the integration of a Robot arm (STÄUBLI)
    • Using STÄUBLI tools and Labview, user interface development and robot programming to reproduce acceleration patterns
