2006 - 2009In charge of control systems design and hydraulic systems developments:
=> Main project was to develop and implement a Control system for a Dynamic Kinematics and Compliance rig. One year project which main challenge was to merge two hexapods supplied by MTS with part of the existing rig, using a SCRAM net device
• Control system and user interface developed within DSPACE and Simulink including large Python code development
• CAN protocol used to log data from the car with the same MES tools used on the track (ATLAS/System Monitor)
=> R&D work on Dynamic brake bias systems
• Among various solutions, the hydraulic one I’ve proposed was selected. I’ve optimized it within Dymola to match an optimum bias shape. After a five months development program, I’ve tested it on the track successfully.
=> Various other projects as the integration of a Robot arm (STÄUBLI)
• Using STÄUBLI tools and Labview, user interface development and robot programming to reproduce acceleration patterns
