    2007 - 2008 Working as a product innovation scientist in Mars Snackfood R&D enabled me to work at different stages of the innovation process :

    --> At the front end, I worked on the innovation strategy of Bounty brand by developing new product concepts through the understanding of the brand essence, consumers’ expectations and market competitors.
    This has been an opportunity for me to develop my consumers understanding skills through the organisation of qualitative consumer research.

    --> I collaborated with designers on the development of the product concepts for Bounty at a pilot scale.
    As part of my role of Bounty technologist, I was in charge as well on the continuous innovation of Bounty brand.

    --> I had the great opportunity to work on the commissioning of a brand new production line in the factory. I commissioned with the process team the different parts of the line and I was accountable for the quality of the product made on the line. Launch planned Feb. 09.


    I have been involved on different work streams as an expert of the French market expert within the R&D community. And I was in charge of the budget management for the team.
