    - Creation of pre-populated commentaries accompanying automated reporting
     
    Team Management (15%):
    - Recruitment process for analyst roles with line-manager
    - Development and execution of training for new team members (eg: Hospitality, Channels, System, Data, SQL, organisational structure)
    - Project referent and regular work-stream coordination, Subject Matter Expert on several key strategic works-streams

  • Hilton Worldwide - Revenue Management Analyst

    Puteaux 2007 - 2012 Création de processus d'automatisation et de rapports sur base journalière, hebdomadaire et mensuelle en Revenue Management. Cela concerne différents niveaux, du rapport concernant un hotel ou sur le groupe dans sa globalité. La nature des rapports varie, analyse du marché, de la concurrence, des promotions réalisées ou encore des performances du groupe selon certain critères.
    Le but étant de fournir des données exploitables et rapidement lisibles permettant la prise de décision des dirigeants : du Revenue Manager, des directeurs et ce jusqu'aux Présidents.
  • Hilton Cluster Paris - Coordinateur Hiltonement Vôtre (Stage)

    2007 - 2007 Reprise et développement du programme de fidélisation des bookers des sociétés ayant un contrat commercial avec Hilton. Organisation de cocktails de réception. Création d'une interface informatisée permettant la gestion du programme sur le long terme.
  • Groupe les Hôtels Emeraude - Assistant en Revenue Management (Stage)

    2006 - 2006 Création et développement de nombre de documents destinés à l'analyse et au Forecast des hôtels et du groupe (10 hôtels de 3 étoiles).
    Analyse de l'activité sur les indicateurs tels que le taux d'occupation, le ADR, RevPAR, Rates ainsi que la production généré par les 3rd parties (Internet, GDS...).
    Rédaction de notes et conseils mensuels destinées aux directeurs d'établissements ainsi qu'au directeur commercial.
  • Comité Département du Tourisme de Vendée - Assistant au Chargé de Developpement (Stage)

    2004 - 2004 En charge d'un Audit sur le secteur de la restauration et de la gastronomie en Vendée (second département touristique français).
    Création d'une analyse complète par typologie et de cartographie. La finalité étant de déterminer un plan d'action de 5 ans visant à améliorer la qualité d'accueil des restaurants, et d'un éventuel label ou "guide conseil".

    2003 - 2003 Trésorerie : suivi journalier de la trésorerie de l'hôtel, prévisions sur 3 mois
    Département achat: recherche de nouveaux fournisseurs sur Internet et Paris. Réception et suivi de la préparation des sorties de stock par service de l'hôtel.
    Comptabilité fournisseurs : suivi et enregistrement des factures fournisseurs
    Cost Control : suivi des inventaires, créations de ratios variés permettant de contrôler et maîtriser les coûts.
