  98/09-00/07 CONTRACT OPERATION MANAGER FOR AFRICA / MIDDLE-EAST - Velizy
  Operation contract manager for GSM contracts: operational management and finance follow-up
  (mainly Senegal, Ivory Coast and Cameroon). From contract signature until final acceptance of the contract, implementation of local structure, management of manpower needed for contract realization in respect of contractual delays and in respect of committed margin. Multi-BD co-ordination as leading BD for other parts of the network (mobile switches, transmission PDH & SDH, voice mail...). Annual cumulated amount for these contracts: from 3 Meuros (Senegal) up to 20 Meuros (Cameroon)
