    Châlons-en-Champagne 2006 - 2011 Missions :
    - Answer to RFQ : Technical analysis, make the offer and participation to customer negotiations.
    - In charge of product development (from RFQ to serial life follow-up) in terms of QCP: Elaboration of the technical definition, manage the DFMEA, coordinate the design centre (design review), prototype workshop, lead the supplier technical meetings, define and supervise the validation plans, present the initial samples and manage the product serial life.
    - Direct link / preferred contact with customer for all technical topics.
    - Manage « design to cost » missions.

    International context:
    - Customer locations : Renault-Dacia (France, Romania, Brazil + European production plants), Nissan (UK, Spain, Japan)
    - Within TI Automotive (coordination with all the other development centres (design office, prototype workshop) and plants in 3 different locations France, Poland & Turkey).

    Achievements :
    - Improvement of 9,6% of internal costs on standard major product in line with ‘design de to cost’ mission
    - Maintain the European market share in Nissan (100%) and Renault (55%) within the last 5 years despite intensive competitiveness. Win replacement business of 75% Renault-Dacia (W98-X52) business in may 2010 for the next 8 years.
    - Achieve targets of customer approvals to implement and apply new technologies (Pressure regulator,…).
    - Development of new product compatible with ethanol and biodiesel fuels.
  • TI Automotive - Quality Engineer

    Châlons-en-Champagne 2004 - 2006 Missions :
    - ANPQP management for all new product developments (RENAULT/DACIA/NISSAN).
    - Implementation & industrialization of new programs and new technologies (armatures, standard welded flange) in the plants and follow-up of the serial life modifications (France, Poland, Turkey)
    - Main customers’ quality contact. Follow-up and management of quality performances in customer plants and internally (scraps) for Nissan programs.

    Achievements :
    - PPAP presentation in time and quality level for programs (J77/X90/B85)
    - Getting customers’ acceptances after audit for the integration of new technologies.
    - Improvement of 80% decrease of the customers claims (SNCR) in 1 year
  • Faurecia - Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer

    2003 - 2004 Missions :
    - Audit of new suppliers for selection and decision to add on panel. Sourcing committee decision by program.
    - Managing of suppliers’ panel for the entire programs of the division.
    - In charge of the AQP deployment for BOP in line with Faurecia standards (PMS) and customer expectations.
    - Monitoring of quality level in development of the BOP parts in charge : Functional analysis, FMEA, SC, definition of control tololings, validation plan, control plan, packaging, …
    - In charge of the acceptation of the PPAP files (PPAP acceptation, process audit, capacity audit, …)
    - Part of the department creation (creation and implementation of procedures, indicators, …)

    Achievements :
    - 50% improvement for the accepted bought out parts in time at SOP for D2 program compared to previous programs.
    - Implementation of supplier performance’s evaluation.
    - Start of PMS deployment and management on all new projects starting with D2/X6/A7/B58/A31
  • Grupo Antolin (IGA) - Plant quality manager

    2000 - 2003 Missions :
    - Management of 5 persons (Laboratory, metrology, incoming inspection, quality technicians)
    - Ensure the customer quality level and internal quality product during industrialization project phases and serial life time.
    - Integration & industrialization of the J64, M2S and A08 projects. Tracking changes in plant for serial products.

    Achievements :
    - Improvement of internal scrap rate from 5% to 1% on J64 ph III & X74. Target achieved at less than 50ppm Km0.
    - Getting validation of products (J64 and M2S) in time and quality
